[It’s been raining where I am, making this a perfectly appropriate monster for the day. Of the neural network D&D monsters, this is the one I’m most surprised wasn’t already real.]
Rain Golem This immense humanoid is composed
of water-logged clouds. It glows from within, as if lit by internal lightning.
Rain
golems are created primarily by druids or priests of nature gods in order to
regulate the weather and defend holy sites. In drought stricken regions, the
presence of a rain golem is frequently seen as salvation. They are also capable
of ending rain, which they are put to use doing in areas prone to floods and
hurricanes. Rain golems are enormous by golem standards, and are rarely found
inside of buildings or dungeons.

Only one rain golem has ever been recorded in Gladia, created by a priestess of Aenma during the reign of the Kingdom of Kown-Dam. It was used to dissipate a massive hurricane that threatened a coastal city, and was used frequently in the coming centuries for that purpose. It has not been seen since the fall of the Kingdom.
